Now that it has hit key support area, we believe the only way left is #up.

We can especially see this in today's market as quite a number of counters from different sectors begin to rebound or show signs of support.

Taking a look at the sector charts, we can see that #Technology, #Transportation, #IndustrialProduct and #Property sector have all showed signs of higher low.

So this is a clear indication that the counters in the specific sectors are doing the same. Even in other sectors like #Construction, we can see stocks like WCT performing very well today.

In summary, we should start to screen the market more and begin positioning ourselves in the market, as a rebound will be coming soon

We mentioned that #FBMKLCI is bound for a retracement and we can now see our prediction slowly being played out. Past few trading days had seen quite a number of counters having profit taking.

So what should we do during this RETRACEMENT period?

Retracement is a good thing, provided that it can hold above support. So you must first identify yourself, whether you are short term trader or do you have holding power.

If you are a short term trader, you may try to take some profits in some counters. Get the cash to enter again when retracement comes to an end or when prices are lower and discounted.

If you have holding power, then you can set a support for your counter to stay above. If the counter is healthy and has potential, it will be able to stay above support.

Retracement is a good opportunity to see whether a stock is actually strong or not, whether the stock is sustainable and can continue in its uptrend.

RM1.62 is a strong resistance area. Though price is yet to fully breakout from it, it can be seen forming a support around the area. So if it can stay above the support, price will have opportunity to push towards RM1.93 next resistance. Open / Comment
