Guys just on the safety issues around Signal and Telegram... I don't know. I honestly am unsure which one is better and what to trust.
However, with the Identify and Disrupt bill passing, I feel much safer in dispersing information on these platforms, where there is records of the conversations held by many people. I know I'm a very small fish for them but if they try to play with my socials, I have a backup here.
A few things to be aware of in future in this environment:
- I will NEVER ask for financial support. Ever. No GoFundMe pages should be arranged for legal fees/ assistance in my name IF something happens. If you see anything of this sort, it is against my wishes.
- I will NEVER tell you to attend rallies, offer legal/financial/health advice. I am very conscious to inform you in a way that 'This is the information I have, and with it I have chosen to do X' (such as invest in gold etc). I will never incite or advocate for violence or physical resistance, or tell you how /where to access weapons.
- I very, VERY rarely comment in other Signal or Telegram groups. I lack the time to engage in discussion on here and scroll mostly, so if you see someone in deep discussion on these platforms, it will very likely be an imposter (like what has happened with Chris & Bobbie recently). You guys know my writing style and tag line, keep an eye out for it, and be skeptical if someone with my name is aggressive or inflammatory.
- My main aim is preparing you all mentally for what is coming. We have been working towards this for months. I have complete trust in you all to stay strong and hold out through this madness.
Channel 21 UHF is looking more and more necessary. I know they'll likely jam it, but at least I tried. I'd love to try and organize a 'walk in the park' thing locally, where I just say I'll be at x location every Thursday for an hour, every week, and whoever turns up is welcome. I'll think on that one a bit more and let you know.
