Indian PM, Narendra Modi at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation virtual forum attended by the Chinese president, Xi Jinping, Russian president, Vladimir Putin, Iranian president, Ibrahim Raisi, Pakistani PM, Shehbaz Sharif, Kazakh president, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and other SCO leaders:

“Afghan soil should not be used to destabilise our neighbourhood (…) the SCO should work for welfare of Afghan people and provide humanitarian aid”.
