2023-04-22 20:42:44 The Commander of the Sudanese Army and “De Facto” Leader of Sudan, Abdel Fattah al-Burhan has announced that he has received word that the Evacuation of Foreign Nationals and Diplomats from the International Airport in the Capital of Khartoum will begin in the next few hours.

He has directly stated that the Evacuation of U.S, British, French, and Chinese National and Diplomats will take place.

Heavy Fighting is still reportedly taking place throughout the City.

Sending armed Swedish soldiers to another country requires approval from Sweden's parliament. The government hopes it will be approved tomorrow.

A secret document from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, which has not previously been reported, shows the Chinese military is making technological advances that could help it target American warships around Taiwan and military bases in the region.

The document features satellite imagery dated Aug. 9 that shows two WZ-8 rocket-propelled reconnaissance drones at an air base in eastern China, about 350 miles inland from Shanghai. The drones are a cutting-edge surveillance system that could help China gather real-time mapping data to inform strategy or carry out missile strikes in a future conflict.

The drone’s primary use won’t be against Taiwan but against the United States and its military bases in the Pacific, said Chi Li-pin, director of the aeronautical systems research division at the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology, Taiwan’s military-run weapons developer. “It’s a weapon for anti-access and area denial,” he said.

The IRF is built around a Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division. A rotating battalion of the brigade, along with Air Force Air Mobility Command assets, is kept at a high alert level to allow it to undertake an airborne deployment on 18 hours notice with no prior warning.[2][6] This initial "entry force" of the IRF is designed to be followed by additional battalions within a period of days.[7]
