Avocado, banana and strawberry ice cream with honey
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados 3 bananas 1-2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice 150 g strawberries 2-3 tbsp. honey
Preparation:
Slice avocados and bananas, put in the freezer for 2 hours. Take out, grind in a blender, add lemon juice, honey and stir until soft ice cream. Chop the strawberries and put them in the ice cream.
