Potato - 400 gr. Onion - 100 gr Egg - 1 pc Starch - 1/2 tbsp Flour - 30 gr Dill Bacon
Preparation:
Grate potato on a fine grater and squeeze out the liquid.Finely chop onion and dill, add to the potatoes. Add the egg, flour and starch and knead the dough.Fry the waffles in a waffle iron greased with vegetable oil and serve with fried bacon.
