Chickpeas with bell peppers
Ingredients:
chickpeas - 150 g sweet pepper - 1 pc. tomatoes - 3 units vegetable oil - 50 ml garlic - 2 cloves оnion - 1 pc сhili pepper - 1 pc. dry herb mix - 1 tbsp. curry - 1 tsp. green onion for serving - 2 sprigs salt - to taste
Preparation:
Pre-soak the chickpeas in water and leave them overnight.Chickpeas rinse once again, put them in a pot, pour water and cook for about 45-60 minutes. Salt the chickpeas 5 minutes before they are ready.Dice onions, bell peppers and chilies. Finely chop the garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, put chopped vegetables and stew for about 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into medium slices. Add them to the pan. Stir in dry herbs, curry and salt. Braise for about 5 minutes.Put boiled chickpeas into the pan, stir and stew for 5 minutes.Garnish the finished dish with chopped green onion.
