Broccoli - 1/3 of a pack Sour cream (15%) - 2-3 tp Eggs - 3 pcs. Mozzarella cheese - 50 gr Dill/salt/pepper
Preparation:
We prepare the base for the casserole: 2 spoons of Sour cream, 3 eggs, dill, salt / pepper and mix until smooth. We throw the broccoli in boiling water for literally 1-2 minutes and immediately take it out, then we lay them out in a mold evenly distribute and pour our sauce. We cover them with mozzarella/suluguni cheese and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
