Banana souffle without baking

Ingredients:

Bread rolls - 2 pcs.
Syrup or honey - 10g
Soft cottage cheese - 300g
Yogurt - 140 gr
Gelatin - 10 gr
Chocolate - 35 gr
Milk - 10 ml

Preparation:

Crumble crumbs, add cashew paste, syrup, mix. The mass should be sticky. The mass is put into all the necessary forms, press it and put into freezer for 15 minutes.
