Do you remember how every time there's an MRT breakdown in Singapore, all of the critics of the government come out to gloat about "paper generals" and how ministers should resign in shame (for something that is a track fault or, perhaps, a mistake of one of hundreds of employees)?
Isn't it quite entertaining to see many of them now claim that Workers' Party leadership had nothing to do with Raeesah Khan's lies and that they shouldn't even be questioned by the COP?

Even though they knew she lied.
Even though they did not act for months.
Even though they told her not to respond to the police.
And even though she repeatedly asked them for help.

Funny that, isn't it?
