This is how I expect the capitulation event to play out:
-First, an initial drop of BTC to $19k-21k and ETH to $1000-1100, where altcoins would dump 30-40%, breaking the current main supports. This initial move would be accompanied by very bad news.
-Later on, attempts would be made to debunk these news (4?), which would cause a bounce/consolidation that might last a few days, and perhaps the broken supports might be retested as resistance.
-Finally, more evidence would come forth to back up that initial bad news, leading to the final capitulation wave where Bitcoin would finally reach its main target of $12k, and altcoins would nuke 70-80%. That should mark the end of the bear market.

Very bearish PA. After dumping 94% from the ATH, it tested the ATL several times. It's finally broken and tested as resistance, matching with another diagonal resistance. How low could this go? Who knows, but with capitulation event being very likely in the entire market, this coin has thin air below the ATL. Expecting it to dump hard.
