The Paris Agreement is a legally binding international treaty on climate change. It was adopted by 196 Parties at COP 21 in Paris, on 12 December 2015 and entered into force on 4 November 2016.

Its goal is to limit global warning to well below 2, preferably to 1.5 degrees Celsius, compared to pre-industrial levels.

To achieve this long-term temperature goal, countries aim to reach global peaking of greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible to achieve a climate neutral world by mid-century.

The Paris Agreement is a landmark in the multilateral climate change process because, for the first time, a binding agreement brings all nations into a common cause to undertake ambitious efforts to combat climate change and adapt to its effects. Open / Comment

Earthing resistance is not the resistance of the electrode. The earthing resistance is not same all over the area. The value of earting resistance is depends upon the soil resistivity of the particular area. Actually the measured earth resistance is not only the resistance of the electrode, it is the combined resistance of conductor and the associated soil. During fault, if the soil resistance is higher the fault current cannot dissipate to associate soil.
To improve the conductivity of poor soil during fault current, salt and charcoal around the conductor is used to dissipate. 
Charcoal is used to retain the moisture for long duration because it is an adsorbent and salt is added to increase the conductivity both these products help to pass the leakage current through earth wire as early as possible to remove the chances of shock.
We can practice permanent earthing compounds which are moisture independent as per IEEE 80–2013 clause 14.5(d). Open / Comment

Vapour Lock generally occurs when the fuel inside the fuel delivery system overheats and vaporizes rapidly, the resulting excess gas bubbles accumulate to a level that blocks normal fuel delivery. Vapour lock is caused in warmer temperatures as the fuel can vaporize in lines when it receives heat from the engine, exhaust and/or outside temperature. High altitude and other factors can lower the fuels boiling point, leading to vapour lock.

Vapour Lock is a modern problem, since fuel was designed for modern fuel injection systems, Fuel-injected engines use a more volatile fuel that is easier to vaporize and mix with air for a much better combustion. So this new fuel has a lower boiling point, this vaporized fuel can cause back pressure in the fuel system to prevent fuel from reaching your engine, this happens when the motorvehicle is idling or when it has been turned off and back on.

Vapour locks are prevented in modern engines because of the use of an in-tank, electric fuel pump. This allows the pump to operate at a low point in the tank, submerged in fuel, and under a lower temperature than the older mechanical pump located in the engine compartment. Also, in a modern fuel delivery system fuel is pressurized.Furthermore, modern engines are equipped with an electric cooling fan, making it even harder for vapor bubbles to form in the fuel lines under high ambient or operating temperatures.

Still, a modern fuel-injected system can suffer from vapor lock, not only if pressure in the fuel line drops (faulty fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump, for example) and the fuel line is subjected to high temperatures, but also modern engines that may reach between 120 and 140 C using ethanol blended fuels. Corns are caused by repeated pressure or friction on an area of Skin. The pressure causes the skin to die and form a hard, protective surface. A soft corn is formed in the same way, except that when sweat is trapped where the corn develops, the hard core softens.

There are few ways to get rid of Corns like Self-care measures include wearing properly fitting shoes and using protective pads. Medicated patches can help remove corns or a doctor can trim them. Before learning how reefs form, it's helpful to define a reef. Acoral reef is made up of animals called stony corals. The stony corals are made up of tiny, soft colonial organisms called polyps. Polyps look a lot like a sea anemone, as they are related to these animals. They are invertebrates in the Cnidaria phylum.

As the polyps live, reproduce, and die, they leave their skeletons behind. A coral reef is built up by layers of these skeletons covered by living polyps. The polyps reproduce either through fragmentation (when a piece breaks off and new polyps form) or sexual reproduction through spawning.

A reef ecosystems may be made up of many species of corals. Healthy reefs are typically colorful, highly biodiverse areas made up of a mishmash of corals and the species that inhabit them, such as fish, sea turtles, and invertebrates such as sponges, shrimp, lobsters, crabs, and seahorses. Soft corals, like sea fans, may be found within a coral reef ecosystem, but do not build reefs themselves. 

The corals on a reef are further cemented together by organisms like coralline algae, and physical processes like waves washing sand into spaces in the reef.  Open / Comment
