Description:
Horizon Trading PLC is on the lookout for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill the role of Call Center Agent and Customer service . Successful candidates will handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers. They will deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries or concerns efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.
•Resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
•Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, or company policies.
•Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
•Respond efficiently to customers, creating a positive experience.

Competencies Needed:
•Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional voice.
•Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
•Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
