Many people live in towns and cities where there are museums that promote historical and artistic objects of cultural importance, but they don't visit them.

Why do you think many people don't visit museums?
What is the cultural importance of museums to society?

Museums in today’s society are of importance to show various exhibits. However, only a few people are willing to visit there. There are reasons why this is the case, and this facility plays a key role in several respects.

Some of us are of the opinion that museums generally lack interests, so they usually choose to stay away from these places. For example, in a museum, if there has no change of pieces of collection and format of exhibitions, and limited entertaining activities such as interactive games are available to guests when visiting there, people will probably feel bored and tired. In contrast, they normally prefer activities with more fun, including playing basketball, going for a picnic, and hunting for animals. Besides, people today can use the Internet searching for information about the history and technology, and it is unnecessary for them to go to museums and learn.

One of the importance of a museum is that it is important to pass our tradition and culture on to next generations. For instance, with the display of ancient kitchenware, visitors are able to know how our ancestors cook every day, and from the painting works which are drawn during previous dynasties, they can also understand what the styles of constructions in the past.

Another important point is that these facilities offer opportunities to learn newly developed techniques, which is significant to our social development. For example, museum visitors in the aviation museums can arise a certain understanding of recent space technology, and young people visiting the biology museum can have the idea of the reason for the extinction of various species. This can stimulate children's and teenagers' interest to learn, and therefore, cultivate the needed experts to contribute the development of our society.

In conclusion, in my opinion, the lack of interest and the using of Internet could be reasons for which there is less population of visitors to museums. However, these places are still important to deliver information about the culture, history and science.

Some people believe that air travel should be restricted because it causes serious pollution and uses up the world's fuel resources.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is a debate that the travelling by air has to be stopped, as it's the cause of an increased air pollution and is a burden on the oil products. I don't agree with this, as the aeroplanes have reduced the distances and the journey has become comfortable.

On the one hand, there is a belief that the index of the polluted air has increased in the recent past, and it's related to more travelling by the planes. Secondly, as the airline industry is the largest consumer of the petroleum sources, so it's considered that it may end the world's fuel resources. So to say, there should be a restriction on this mode of transport, in order to save the energy as well as to make the environment clean. For instance, some scientists in the US have announced that the Eco friendly aircraft engines have to be developed to counter the smoke level in the air.

On the other hand, in this era of science and technology, the world has become a global village and one can fly from one corner of the earth to another in less than 24 hours. It is possible due to the technological advancement and new inventions of helicopters and fixed wing machines, and I also back this idea. This fast mode of travelling has a positive impact on the growth of business, as the transportation of goods has become easier. Moreover, the tourism has flourished too much, thus enhancing the social ties between the countries. For example, the Uzbekistan government has developed airline industry as an economic hub by introducing multiple airlines of all overtheworld.

To conclude, in order to meet the fast pace of life, the mode of transportation has to be swift. In this way, the country will not only remain connected with the rest of the globe, but will also flourish by leaps and bounds.

Describe a TV program that makes you laugh a lot.

You should say:

What is the program?
When and whom you watch?
What are the characters?
and explain why does it make you laugh?

Well, mostly I prefer to watch the news on Television and rarely tune a comedy program channel. However, every now and then I watch youtube channel, to be more precise, I prefer to watch "Mr Bean" program. Basically, This program has only one character that is Mr Bean himself. The uniqueness of this program is that it does not have any dialogues. Rather it's full of farcical actions. Each of its videos has a different theme, such as a wedding, park, shopping mall, things like that.

In this program, Mr Bean has been shown like a stupid person, who always put himself in trouble with his ridiculous action. In the last episode when I watched on last Saturday, he went to a party, while he having dinner he found himself embarrassed when he spilt juice all over the table. Furthermore, he took out his own shirt in order to clean up the table rather. It was the icing on the cake when tried to take other guest's shirt off. That moment I couldn't stop myself to laugh a lot. Believe me, literarily I have laughed for an hour. Usually, I watch this program along with my family because I believe that if any comedy program we watch along with family, it contributes to bringing closer all family members.

Overall, I can say that this program is food for thought, I would suggest my friends watch at least once this program. I will keep on watching this program as long as it will be broadcasting.

2021-02-25 16:57:33 Costs of international exams that test foreign language proficiency as well as costs of GMAT, GRE and SAT tests will be covered by the state for those who earn at least 75 percent of the maximum score.

In accordance with a relevant resolution of the government, starting May 1, costs of IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE and SAT tests will be reimbursed for those who score high in them.

For example, who earns 7 in IELTS, in which the maximum score is 9, will have his costs covered by the state.

Also, costs of CAE, CPE, BEC, Test DAF, TOPIK, JLPT, HSK, TYS and other language proficiency exams are being reimbursed since January 1. The condition is the same – to earn at least 75 percent of the maximum score.

To receive reimbursement one should submit a receipt of payment for the exam and the certificate in pdf format. The certificate will be checked for authenticity within 15 days and the applicant will be paid the money once it is verified.

I believe that everyone has that special person who always supports and encourages you to become better. For me that person is my mum. I was pretty good at school but somehow that didn’t translate to good performance at work, at least when I first started working. I thought it was because I hadn’t found the true calling, that one line of profession that really suits me. So, there was a period of time during which I changed jobs rather frequently. You know, it’s not easy being a newbie in a field, you have to start from scratch, work hard but earn little. During this whole time, my mum was nothing but supportive, she didn’t even complain at all. And I am really thankful for that, because in my country when you’ve graduated from college you’re expected to have a stable job and support your family immediately. My mum was generous and let me experiment with whatever I felt like doing for some years. Without her financial and emotional support, it’s likely that I would be doing something that I have no interest in just to make ends meet.
