We have gone through & (partly) survived mass-immigration before.
In the Stone Age hybrids (EEF) from the Middle East invaded & mixed w/ the Natives (WHG/WSH), but with no civ, the non-Native genes were slowly weeded out from the gene-pool & BARBARIAN Europe was soon PURE again.

Southern Europe though kept much of the Middle Eastern admixture, as evident from all the olive skin, dark & curly hair and brown eyes there.
