Remember The Thumbnail Will Work Like this Example:

Send A Picture > bot will save it > when uploading it to pdisk with that thumbnail you can change after every Upload (24 hours valid)

Or

You can also set a Permanent Thumbnail like if there is no thumbnail provided it will automatically add that Permanent default thumb (Depends)
