Respect for an iconic classic: Christopher Reeve's Superman will appear in The Flash using computer graphics

According to authoritative insider ViewerAnon, we're not just talking about old footage, but new scenes recreated from scratch with graphics.

Most likely, the same will apply to Adam West, who will also appear in the film with Linda Carter.

One more comic book movie: Warner Bros. Discovery is considering the possibility of distributing "Batgirl" in cinemas

This was announced as part of the ongoing CinemaCon film festival. At the moment the comic book movie is booked at the end of the year on HBO Max, but it is expected to be postponed and released after the "Flash".

It is worth recalling that all countries where the service is not yet available, the film is automatically given distribution specifically in cinemas.

New Doll Ready to Kill: Debut poster of the technogenic horror film "Megan" from producers Jason Bloom and James Wan

In the story, an employee of a robot toy company develops a robot doll named Megan with artificial intelligence that must establish an emotional connection with her recently orphaned niece. But the doll's software works too well, and the new girlfriend begins to protect her ward too zealously -- transcending the boundaries of reason.

The project was directed by Australian director Gerard Johnstone, who directed the horror comedy "Housebound." The script was written by Akela Cooper ("American Horror Story," "Luke Cage").

The Multiverse Hype Hits Stranger Things: The Graphic Prequel of Season 4 Confirms the Existence of Many Worlds Beyond Our Reality

The comic introduces readers to a Russian scientist named Dr. Boris Orlov. He is essentially the Soviet version of Dr. Brenner, a scientist who believes that the human mind has the potential for phenomenal power. Orlov pays particular attention in his stories to telekinesis, which he believes can be used to create gates to "infinite worlds."

Apparently, these are the other universes that future spin-offs may touch upon after the original story ends. How exactly does this whole thing work outside of Hawkins? That we have yet to find out.

According to Bruce Straily in an interview with The Guardian, the game industry has more influence and relevance than it used to, which is why it doesn't need to assert itself with big-screen and small-screen projects.

"I have nothing against game adaptations. But in my experience - as in all of us, I suppose - there's always something wrong with their execution. I don't know much about their production, but it's hard for me to support it," Straily noted.

As an example, Bruce cited the first installment of The Last of Us, in which he sought to make as many of the story moments interactive as possible, rather than putting them in cutscenes. In his opinion, interactivity was the key element in so much emotion that players got during the playthrough.

"I believed that if as many of the story moments as possible were made into playable episodes rather than cutscenes, the game could impress far more than a movie or a TV series. So we have to ask ourselves, what makes a game outstanding? And will an adaptation add to the experience or give the viewer less of it?" concluded Straily.

Cute of the Day: Anya Taylor-Joy pretended to be Elsa from "Cold Heart" for a 3-year-old fan

According to the actress in an interview with Ali Plumb, she once worked with a director who had a three-year-old daughter who was a wild fan of the Disney franchise. At one point, the director asked Taylor-Joy to reincarnate as Queen Elsa to please his little girl.

The actress didn't fail and even made a fan a little nervous by mimicking Elsa's abilities:

"I looked into her eyes and asked: "Do you know why I'm from the north?" She stunned and asked back, "Can you conjure something up for me?" And I was like, "If you're asking me, sure." I just waved my hands and she got scared and said: "No, no, not now!"

Firm and clear: Robert Eggers doesn't care about the actor's method of "living the part," which is actively discussed on social media

According to the director in an interview with THR, he doesn't make any demands, just gives instructions not to blink, not to move his face and speak his lines.

Eggers stressed that on the set of historical films like "Varyag", getting into the role is often not required: "Alexander Skarsgard looks like a Viking, plays a Viking and stands on a mountain dressed as a Viking - he just has to say his lines."
