It has been a decently long time since the time we mentioned we would come with an statement, but here it is.

Dear community members:

After some time evaluating the current situation and possible options, we have decided to let go of the brand for the time being. We will use this public statement opportunity to address the reason for this decision.

After our initial statement, our ex-founder, Netkas, was (predictably) very unhappy. He kept control of the domains and bot tokens for all Intellivoid services, and demanded that we give him back all the code on the GitHub organization. However, he was constantly unstable and aggressive towards team members.

With no guarantee that upon handling him the code for Intellivoid he would hold up his end and give us control of the brand back, we cancelled the deal.
The result of this action is that, while we have the source code for everything, and control over some public channels, Netkas still controls all the domains and bots, and even some support channels.

With the current situation, and absent any sign of things getting better any time soon, we have decided to take a break from Intellivoid at large, both to ensure stability and to make sure Netka's actions don't result in even more destruction of the already-tainted brand.

We hope the public can understand our stance, and be also wise to the fact that this is not a definitive end. There is no "ETA" or any period of time in which we can guarantee we will become active again, but with Netkas’s attitude and general stubbornness to hand in anything related to the brand and its representation to us (even after having publicly resigned from the CEO position) it has become both stressing and inefficient for us to continue.

For the reasons described above, we formally declare that Intellivoid's activities are SUSPENDED until further announcements. Any activity, announcement, deployment or comment seen in any of Intellivoid's websites and service bots is to be regarded as false and not related at all with the brand and current team behind it.

We intend to transfer the channels, groups and bots we have control over to @IntellivoidSupport until we bring the previously mentioned activities back operational.

Furthermore, Netkas will not be associated with the brand at all going forward. As with the websites and bots, any statement or announcement made by him should be regarded as false and not representative in any way of Intellivoid.
