Greetings valued Lifestylers,

It has come to our attention that people are circulating the document where the UK company is being closed. This is all part of the strategy to list the company on the Stock Exchange in the US.

As you can see from the attached document, JAALifestyle was registered in Delaware, US in September 2021.

The reason we decided to stop operations in the UK and move to the US is because of the nature of the company and due to the fact that the UK is out of the European Union i.e Brexit. Going to the Stock Exchange our advisors advised us to list on the Stock Exchange in the US on account of the industry we are in.

No reason to worry or be alarmed, everything is planned. We are aware that some people are using this to scare others, but it’s important to remember that most businesses with more than 13 million do not just close down. A company with 13 million people does have great value.
