Role: Financial Controller
Industry: Retail, Manufacturing and Procurement
Location: Gbagada

*Responsibilities:*
• Drive the company’s Financial Strategy, Planning and Risk Management Framework with SWOT and PESTLE model.
• Prepare Financial Models and Business Valuation Models to raise Equity and Debt Capital
• Prepare and Present the company's Financial Report to the Board of Directors and other Top Executive Management Team.
• Collaborate and Relate with both Equity and Debt Investors on the Business Performance and Strategy.
• Provide Strategic Oversight for the Procurement Department, Data Analytics Department, and manage IT Systems and Infrastructure.
• Decide on investment strategies by considering profitability and liquidity risks.
• Control and evaluate the company's Fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Manage Projects and Prepare Project Appraisal Models for the Business using tools such as NPV, IRR, ROCE, ROI, FCFE and FCFF

*Education and Experience*
• Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience
• Relevant professional certifications e.g. CFA (passed 1 or 2 levels of the exam), ACCA/ACA
• An MBA or Masters is a related discipline is an added advantage.

*Key roles: Financial Modelling, Business Valuation for equity and debt investment, Business/People Management, Risk management planning, Debt Capital, Project Appraisal (NPV, IRR, ROCE, ROI, FCF), Procurement/Data Analytics*

Salary Range: N500,000 - N650,000 monthly net plus other benefits: (Car, Leave Allowance, HMO, Pension)
