Job Description
We are seeking to hire a “Data Analyst” with Advanced MS Excel skill to manage all aspects of customer experience data.

Responsibilities
•Collate data from the various data sources using data analysis tools for data extraction

•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (compulsory) – VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc.
•Ability to write Macros / VBA.
•Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau would prove an added advantage.
•Excellent statistical and communication skills (written and spoken).
•Knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative analysis and predictive analytics.
•Excellent data, graphical (presentation) and reporting skills.
•Smart, confident, able to think critically and write reports, attentive to details and a quick learner.
•Ability to work under pressure, independently as well as within a team.
