Job Description
We are seeking to hire a “Data Analyst” with Advanced MS Excel skill to manage all aspects of customer experience data.

Our ideal candidate must have proven ability to create interactive dashboards and reports from large datasets using advanced capabilities and functions such as macros, power query / power view etc.

Responsibilities
•Collate data from the various data sources using data analysis tools for data extraction
•Develop and implement data collation systems that will optimize the integrity of data collected
•Filter data collated based on the defined requirements of the project
•Sort, clean and validate data collated from the various data sources
•Use statistical tools and data analysis to interpret the data gathered and present actionable insights
•Act as liaison between the company and the evaluator during the process of data gathering
•Preparation of data visualization and analytical reports
•Assist with coordinating audit activities (including surveys/opinion polls), supervision of independent contract staff and preparation of audit / assessment reports
•General day-to-day administrative duties as may be required / assigned by line manager.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or any relevant discipline
•A minimum of 1 year (post NYSC) in a similar statistical or data analysis role i.e., collecting, sorting, and analysing lots of data with accuracy
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (compulsory) – VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc.
•Ability to write Macros / VBA.
•Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau would prove an added advantage.
•Excellent statistical and communication skills (written and spoken).
•Knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative analysis and predictive analytics.
•Excellent data, graphical (presentation) and reporting skills.
•Smart, confident, able to think critically and write reports, attentive to details and a quick learner.
•Ability to work under pressure, independently as well as within a team.
