Geo engineering and man-made chemical clouds were openly discussed back in the 60s-80s and then rather suddenly suppressed and dismissed as conspiracies except for academic papers that nobody talked about. Since around ‘95, Anyone that spoke publicly about it was called a conspiracy theorist. Now they (globalists) are getting more open about it, but they are trying to say it is only to shield us from global warming or to make it rain during droughts. Obama’s CIA director John Brennan openly talks about cloud seeding now. The Spanish government just admitted they have been spreading biocides over their skies to protect them from “Covid”.

It is now proven the Cloudseeding technique can absolutely create rainfall over large 500+ mile swaths radius of land area. Dubai’s weather is highly controlled. China is leading the way on this.
