Actor Kim Young Dae, who was cast in “School 2021,” signed a contract to star in the drama and also attended main actor meetings and script reading practice sessions. While preparing for the first filming session in July, his agency suddenly expressed that the actor will be leaving the drama without negotiating with the production team.

The production team and KBS have not agreed to actor Kim Young Dae’s departure [from the drama], and we are working to reach an amicable settlement.

The actress filed for divorce by mediation on September 2, 2020 against her husband Lee Young Don, a former professional golfer and businessman.

On July 9, her agency shared, “During divorce mediation, Hwang Jung Eum [and her husband] came to understand the differences in each other’s opinions. Through deep conversations, they decided to continue as a married couple.”

Hwang Jung Eum and Lee Young Don got married in 2016, and they welcomed a son in August 2017.

Netflix has responded to reports of a second season for #Sweet_Home.

Based on the hit thriller webtoon of the same name, the first season of “Sweet Home” told the story of a high school loner who experiences terrifying events as humans suddenly begin transforming into monsters all around him after he moves to a new apartment building.

On July 9, industry representatives reported that the drama will begin filming a second season in December with main cast members including Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, and Lee Si Young. The reports shared that the new season is aiming for a 2022 release.

In response to the reports, Netflix commented, “Nothing has been decided yet regarding the production of [“Sweet Home”] Season 2.”
