go to playstore - go in help and feedbacks there u will see .... a option named request and refund click on it then next .......then it will ask confirm the account u used to make purchase ..click on yes and next then select ur purchase of 660 uc ....and then they will ask u reason for the refund
click - on the i dont recognise this purchase or charge and proceed next ....playstore will verify ur purchase in next 24 hrs and give u back ur refund point to keep in mind - 1the purchase should be made by paytm or phonepay reedem code ....2 should remove your security of email while doing purchase 3.....3-4 years old gmail account have max to max 5 times refund capacity
