Why is it the enemy uses the rainbow, the sign of the Noahic Covenant, for a celebration of perversion? Here it is from Revelation - “And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.”
Revelation 4:2-3 KJV
Satan wants Glory above all else. Yet that is reserved for The One. He wants what he can’t have and obviously the rainbow is a spiritual symbol - One of promise and one of Christ’s glory. So, Satan attempts to pervert the symbol yet he can’t pervert the outcome and one day soon he will be cast in to the lake of fire and along with him will go those who did not worship The One worthy of honor and glory. God is to be praised forever.
