Take action and START REPORTING all those memes and accounts which make fun of Islam. Make some efforts as Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) has commanded us.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:

"Whoever among you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand (by taking action)

if he cannot, then with his tongue (by speaking out) and

if he cannot, then with his heart (by hating it and feeling that it is wrong) – and that is the weakest of faith."

Praising Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى and Sending Salat Upon Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) — Are THE BEST SOURCES OF THE ACCEPTANCE Of The SUPPLICATIONS

Abdullah (رضى الله عنه) said: I was praying and the Prophet (ﷺ), Abu Bakr, and Umar were there, so when I sat, I started off with praising Allah, then sending Salat upon the Prophet (ﷺ) then supplicating for myself.

So the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Ask, your request will be granted; ask, your request will be granted."

While the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was seated, a man entered and performed prayer, and he said: "O Allah, forgive me, and have mercy upon me."

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "You have rushed, O praying person. When you perform prayer, and then sit, then praise Allah with what He is deserving of, and send Salat upon me, then call upon Him (supplicate to Allah)."

Then another man performed prayer after that, so he praised Allah and sent Salat upon the Prophet (ﷺ).

The Prophet (ﷺ) said to him: "O praying person! Supplicate, and you shall be answered."

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) heard a person supplicating in his prayer without having praised Allah, nor having sent Salat upon the Prophet (ﷺ).

So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "This man has been hasty."

Then he called him, and said to him, or to another person: "When one of you supplicates, let him begin by praising Allah and glorifying Him, then let him send Salat upon the Prophet (ﷺ), then let him supplicate with whatever he wishes."

It is mustahabb (recommended) for the worshipper to begin his duaa with praise of Allah, then to send blessings upon the Prophet (ﷺ), then to ask for whatever he wishes. Open / Comment

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:

"Modesty (al-Haya or pious shyness from committing religious indiscretions) does not bring anything except good."

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"Faith has sixty-some or seventy parts, the least of which is to remove a harmful thing from the road, the greatest of which is to say La ilaha illallah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah). And modesty (al-Haya) is a branch of faith."

"Modesty (al-Haya) is part of faith."

Al-Haya (الحياء) — This term Al-Haya covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self-respect, modesty, bashfulness, and honour etc.

Haya is of two kinds: good and bad.

The good Haya is to be ashamed to commit a crime or a thing which Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ) has forbidden, and bad Haya is to be ashamed to do a thing, which Allah and His Messenger (ﷺ) ordered to do. Haya is an important branch of faith, since it protects man from numerous acts of sin. It does not, however, imply that misplaced sense of shame, which prevents man from asking about religious matters, or forbids him from the acquisition of knowledge, or doing a good deed.

2022-04-30 15:48:54 ZAKAT UL FITR

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنهم):

"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prescribed the sadaqah (alms) relating to the breaking of the fast as a purification of the fasting from empty and obscene talk and as food for the poor. If anyone pays it before the prayer (of 'Id), it will be accepted as zakat. If anyone pays it after the prayer, that will be a sadaqah like other sadaqahs (alms)."

Narrated Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنهم):

"Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) enjoined the payment of one Sa' of dates or one Sa' of barley as Zakat-ul-Fitr on every Muslim slave or free, male or female, young or old, and he ordered that it be paid before the people went out to offer the Eid prayer."

One Sa' = 2.5 or 3 Kilograms approx.

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه):

"We used to give one Sa' of meal or one Sa' of barley or one Sa' of dates, or one Sa' of cottage cheese or one Sa' of Raisins (dried grapes) as Zakat-ul-Fitr."

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (رضى الله عنه): We said: "O Allah's Messenger! This is (i.e., we know) the greeting (Salam) to you; will you tell us how to send Salat on you?"

He said: "Say:

« اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ »

(Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammadin 'abdika wa rasulika kama sallaita 'ala Ibrahima, wa barik 'ala Muhammadin wa 'ala ali Muhammadin kama barakta 'ala Ibrahima wa ali Ibrahima)

O Allah! Send Your Salat (Graces, Honours, Blessings and Mercy, etc.) on Muhammad, Your slave and Your Messenger as You sent Your Salat on Ibrahim, and send Your Blessings on Muhammad and his family as You sent Your Blessings on Ibrahim and Ibrahim's family (or his followers)."

Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah continues to fulfill the needs of the servant as long as he fulfills the needs of his brother.”
