Skills & Qualification:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as Procurement Officer
• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
• Ability to negotiate contract
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Job Description:
• Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Review all venders and suppliers
• Maintain purchase records and other important data
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
• Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
• Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed

• Advanced MS Excel skills

Job Description:
• Knowledge in all areas comprising the full accounting cycle
• Ensure timely Bank transactions
• Prepare financial transactions and documents
• Make budget forecasts
• Prepare financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
