I am looking for somebody who knows a lot about Anglicanism, a | Millennial Woes

I am looking for somebody who knows a lot about Anglicanism, and especially Anglican churches. Examples of the kind of knowledge I need:

1. What is the process of building a church? At which point does it get consecrated?

2. Is there any process for "retiring" a church? If so, what does it entail?

3. What is an unusual service or event that might occur in a church?

4. Does, or can, a church be open to the public all night long?

5. Are there days when a wedding cannot be conducted in a church?

6. Historically, have there been types of events that would not be allowed to occur inside a church?

7. Would it be normal for a church to conduct multiple Sunday services?

8. During what period were stained-glass windows first installed in English churches? Were old churches renovated to include them?

Please note: I do not want people to answer these questions in the comments unless they are absolutely sure of their knowledge. "It might be X, maybe" is not useful to me.

Other questions on this topic might come up in future, so, if you have the knowledge I need, or if you know somebody who does, please reply to this and I will contact you privately. Thank you.
