It’s safe and necessary to put your needs first and establish healthy boundaries. The more you take this seriously the more aligned you become with your energy and grounded in your truth.
Standing firm to your beliefs even when it challenges “popular opinion” means honoring your truth and choosing to work on your own needs. This is not selfish, it’s necessary. Stay unapologetic about the things that matter the most to you. Tell yourself “I will honour my needs and truth”.
