[Ministerial Statement on Support Measures for Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) – 26 Jul 2021]

Finance Minister Lawrence Wong delivered his ministerial statement on support measures for P2(HA) earlier today in Parliament.

The additional support measures to help our individuals, businesses and workers from May to Aug will cost more than $2 billion in total. These support packages are carefully designed to help those most affected by the tightened measures during this COVID-19 period. A summary of the support measures can be found in the infographic.

The Government will continue to prioritise bringing the infection under control, pushing for higher vaccination, and moving towards re-opening our economy.
