2022-08-02 03:54:38 This August 2022, 1.5 million Singaporeans will receive $1.2 billion in GST Voucher (GSTV) benefits. The payouts include up to a total of $700 in cash, and seniors aged 65 and above will also have up to $450 credited into their MediSave accounts.

Eligible Singaporeans will receive:

Cash payout up to $400 in GSTV – Cash
GSTV – Cash Special Payment of up to $300
Up to $450 in MediSave top-ups

These payouts provide continuing help for lower- to middle-income Singaporean households to defray the GST and other living expenses.

On top of the $560 million Household Support Package from #SGBudget2022, we have also rolled out a $1.5 billion support package in June to support Singaporeans in the midst of global inflation.

The $6.6 billion Assurance Package will also help Singaporeans cope with the GST increase, which has been delayed to 2023 and staggered in 2 stages.
