What is the IHRA, AIPAC, ADL, HIAS— which have all come under scrutiny lately?

Does this constellation of Jewish organizations (to name a few) constitute an organized Jewish lobby with considerable and effective political influence?

Conservatives seem to be more willing lately to critique each of them individually and their recent actions… but nobody seems to be speaking about the big picture.
