Thanks for all of your replies. I may not have replied individually but have read each one of them. I also have communicated the major concerns/suggestions . I had in no way, promised any reform, as some of you have messaged me. I just wanted officials to at least have the suggestions in mind, when they take decisions related to exams. But let me assure you, I am more convinced that UPSC plans and conduct the exam meticulously and the integrity of exam is unparalleled. Every question asked has some reason and logic behind it.[including the ‘secularism’ one ;) ]
Best Wishes.

Do you have any suggestions/ anything related to exam which you want to be conveyed to UPSC? I’ll probably be meeting with a very senior official tomorrow.
Keep it crisp please.

These are the reasons given by UPSC for imposing penalties. Avoid them.

My best wishes to all those who are appearing for Mains tomorrow. Just want to tell you few things.
1. Completing the paper should be your top most priority. Pick up your speed right from first question.
2. Read question twice.
3.Don’t draw diagrams unnecessarily.
4. Address all the sub parts of questions effectively.
5. Sleep in time.
6. Atleast 1 hour before going into the hall, stop reading.
Best Wishes!
