Procrastination is possibly the #1 enemy of productivity. Act | Ozodbek Botiraliyev

Procrastination is possibly the #1 enemy of productivity. Actually, if you're reading this post now, chances are you're also procrastinating.

On July 22, I bought a monthly membership to a local library. I only came to take my card today, long after it was expired. Thankfully, my procrastination cost me only 10,000 sums.

In my earlier posts, I talked about perfectionism and time-management. Look, it's really hard to stop procrastinating, if at all possible. I recommend productive procrastination instead. If you can't get yourself to read a book, fine, do something else.

That's how I learnt Arabic. While all my groupmates were busy cramming vocabulary, torturing themselves with grammar, I was having tons of fun with cartoons. As a result, I quickly got to the top of my group (and got a B2 certificate in just a year and a half).

Combine studying with pleasure and you won't have to study a day in your life.

Also, there are a few good Ted Talks on YouTube you can watch. I recommend to start with "How To Multiply Your Time" by Rory Vaden. But please don't watch more than one video on the same topic.
