To get a House of rarity higher you need to combine 3 Houses of the same rarity (requires resources and FUR).
What benefits will the Voivode House provide? Ability to expand the Warehouses for resources;
Ability to increase the number of mining slots;
Ability to improve defensive structures (increases the team's defence stats against raids);
Ability to upgrade the Barracks to increase the characteristics of combat heroes (NEW);
Ability to upgrade Smithy to increase weapon and armour characteristics (NEW);
Voivode House has its own value of Condition. The higher the rarity and level of the House, the higher the value.
