For everyone asking me questions about how to trade on HeroFX this is a step by step how to guide

New Terminal Download and New App Download

We are excited to have an exclusive server for all of our clients at HeroFX.

In order to trade on the new terminal you must delete your current MT4/MT5 terminals from your desktop and you must download through new links the back office to access our upgraded secure servers.

Step 1 - Login to your client portal

Step 2 - Click on “Files” on the left hand side of the page.

Step 3 - Select MT4 (or) MT5

You will now have access to trade on desktop.

Step 1: Download the Pro Trading App • For Apple Users: Download on the App Store - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pro-trading-app/id6447182562 • For Android Users: Get it on Google Play - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.protrading&pcampaignid=web_share
Step 2: If you remember your trading account password skip to Step 6. Or if you have trouble logging in and try to reset your password continue to Step 3.
Step 3: log into your client account https://portal.herofx.co/
Step 4: On the left hand menu, select “Accounts”
Step 5: Choose which account you’d like to access using the Pro Trading App
Step 6: Click “Change” under password to change your password
Step 7: Open Pro Trading App and Enter “Herofx” when prompted for “Brand Select”
Step 8: Choose the server that correlates with your account: • 4-HeroFX-Real – for HX4 Accounts • 5-HeroFX-Real – for HX5 Accounts
Step 9: Enter the “Account#” as your “Login ID”
Step 10: Enter the changed password as “Your Password”
Step 11: Sign In – Happy Trading
