In my personal experience, it is not what kills our potential and self-confidence. Rather than it is how we react to events around us. Oftentimes, we just fear being treated "worthless" and would certainly push our mind to feel being abandoned by everyone, including our self-being.

Here's a secret sauce how to be Confident:

1. The less you care, the happier you'll be.
2. Meditate. Keep your mind calm and still.
3. Aim to finish 3 things per day. Start to finish!
4. Close your self-being to external world till you finish.
5. Analyze your growth. You'll be confident as growth arises.
6. Don't consume. Start building. Trigger your mind to overcome!
7. Have some positive self-affirmation talks you keep repeating every day.

Don't forget:

You must belief in yourself.
In your future goals.
In your personal potential.
