I've seen a lot in my life. Have been through several upside downs. Experienced frequent falls, but after each fall, gathered myself and was ready for the next turn.

Here's my little secret and cheat code for you all.

I've never let falls let me hurt. My ambitions. My personality. My existential purpose.

Long story short is that time to time you may be punched right into your face. Might be experiencing tough times. All alone.

Just grow through this. If you can manage this, if you come out of this and excel all by yourself, you become a hell of outlier out thousands there.

Outliers are the survivors with ZERO hurts!

Don't survive.
Don't thrive.
Don't just live through.

Instead, evolve. Adapt. And never let anyone/anything hurt you!

Took 2 days off from regular stuff on these days. Traveled to another city and spent alone some time. Away from anything. Anyone.

Sometimes being alone is an upgrade.

You start to see things differently. Start to refresh and remember why you've been on something for such a long time.

All habits, routines, and mindset are the fundamental building blocks towards creating something beautiful and different.

I've always believed in 2 things:

1) how badly I want it
2) how much work I put in

That would turn me into absolute relentless. From time to time I do have my pissed off days.

Guess what? Every day I get up and lay another brick.

No matter I don't give up. Because I focus on the process, not on the outcome. I believe in hard work. I believe in never-ending intense work. And I also believe that I make my own luck.

Neuronal force is directly proportional to:

• what we think
• how we observe

When the neuronal force is decreased, pessimism is increased.

All things around suddenly turn into our biggest enemies. People talking around become one of the biggest gossippers talking behind us. And as if we are about to lose everything and about to get labelled as a loser...

No, it is NOT!

Not in a million times.

Such extraordinary pessimistic behavior not only ruins your day, but also develops a big surprise which is not gonna make your health better.

With depleted neuronal force within, pessimistic behavior leads to:

- dysfuntional intestine
(bad digestion)
- poor circulation (blood, etc.)
- chronic constipation (bad stool)
- breathing problems (bad rhythm)
- tension and nervousness
- lack of self-confidence
- unwillingness to all things
- bad feeling within a soul

There's no cure for all these things. If you refer to your family doctor, you'll be pumped with bunch of synthetic drugs, being prepared to get killed slowly.

You don't want that.

You want your life back!

Heck, all we do. After some time. Then, where's the cure and what's the solution.

Believe me it is all within you.

Listen to yourself. Listen to your body. Your heart. Your feelings and emotions. They're all part of you and they've got so much to say. Just listen. Fine out what went wrong. Find that. And start the treatment. Before it is too late.

Guess what? Almost 40 days left till the end of 2021. Last chance for a new beginning before 2022 pops up.

Physiologically, 40 days are something. Metamorphosis of babies accelerates within 40 days. And many other phenomenon.

Makes everyone happy and rich in the end.

Except someone.

Someone who is living with depleted | exhasuted | tired | unmotivated | negative MIND.

You can't just make up happy your nerves. You've to live with them! Each single day.

Practice resisting negative events happening around you.

Learn to consume for your own benefit. Study the rules of martial arts. Keep your mind and nerves calm. Train your body to fit with a positive mind.

Your life will change forever.

Here's my morning ritual:

1) 4:00 - 04.30 AM Mediate
2) 04.30 - 05.00 AM Read [Upgrade hungry nerves from overnight sleep]
3) 05.00 - 07.00 AM Intense focus [work on projects, etc.]
4) 07.00 AM - Get ready to conquer the day

Remember that:

You've to cleanse depleted nerves. How?

Practice periodical fasting. Yes, that's right.

Give up on eating.

Postpone dying from hunger for sometime.

Joking, you won't die from hunger.

In contrast, you're gonna strengthen your mind, nerves, and your whole body.

Start with 2x fasting per week.

At least, practice 3x fasting per month. One in the beginning, one in the middle, and one in the last days of the following month.

Don't just count your days. You know whose life you're burning each and every day?

It's yours!

And just for a reminder that days aren't coming back. Once days shift to nights, they're gone. No way to back going.
