You as a client

Please make sure of the following.

1. CHECK YOUR EMAILS. They have replied to many of you uploading your documents through email and whatsapp many of you have not ready or responded to your email or WhatsApp.
2. Make sure you send a clear copy of you identity document and also your proof of residents.

International Clients

International clients I spoke to compliance and the problem is not with Xglobal it's with the FSCA due to making exceptions and just approving accounts alot of brokers was closed down because of not complying to the rules I have sent a letter to the regulators about African, European clients and we waiting for their response for clients from Europe we have license with Cysec so it will help you for African clients such as Nigeria the identity book is the issue so we will resolve this by Monday I will have an update from compliance. The company is very strict and adheres to the rules of the regulators so only on their approval will it be possible but we will fight if we see a winning opportunity.
