you can use 4 of the same q per transaction
double coupons up to .99 cents (so a .99 coupon would double to $1.98, .75 cent q would double to $1.50, etc.).
code friendly, but the value of the q can't be more than the shelf price of an item. So the only way to get overage is if the item is on sale or clearance for less than the price of the q, but the shelf price isn't less than the value of the q
EXAMPLE: you can't use a $3 Tide q on a $2 (regular price) bottle of dish soap and get overage. It'll beep, and won't even adjust down like Target. But if an item has a regular price of $3.50, but is on sale for $2, you CAN use a $3 q and get $1 overage that way. Hopefully that makes sense.
