Job Description:
We are in search of a talented Roblox Programmer (Scripter) to join our remote team. As a key player in our dynamic group, you will be responsible for developing high-quality prototypes, demonstrating a strong command of scripting languages, especially Lua, and possessing a solid understanding of game development principles.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement high-quality prototypes using Roblox Studio.
Utilize expertise in scripting languages, with a primary focus on Lua.
Showcase a diverse range of skills through your portfolio, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
Collaborate with the team to explore new game concepts and opportunities.
Work independently and take initiative to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Contribute to a dynamic and creative remote work environment.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in scripting, with a focus on Lua for Roblox game development.
Strong command of scripting languages commonly used in game development.
In-depth knowledge of game development principles to create immersive gaming experiences.
Previous experience as a Roblox Programmer (Scripter) is highly desirable.
A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of skills and projects.
Familiarity with Roblox Studio and other relevant game development tools.
Passion for creating fresh, innovative games and exploring new opportunities.
As part of our selection process, candidates will be invited to participate in a trial project. This trial project is designed to help assess candidates' skills and suitability for the role, allowing both the candidates and the hiring team to gauge capabilities and ensure a good fit for the position before proceeding with the hiring process. It's important to note that this trial includes a free trial period.
