1) boot to fastboot
2)Use the following command: fastboot format userdata \ fastboot erase userdata
3) Then manually boot to recovery

*How to flash? *
• Download rom zip file
• Reboot to recovery
• Wipe dalvik, system, data, cache and vendor
• Flash rom
• Remember to install GMS apk for using google apps
• Flash magisk (optional)(read note)
• Reboot
