"Hang Mike Pence:" Trump “Defends” 6 Jan Rioters' Chant
Newly released audio from ABC’s Jonathan Karl appears to show Donald Trump refusing to condemn Capitol rioters who chanted threats of violence against his VP Mike Pence, because it was “common sense.”
“Well, the people were very angry…” he told Karl, who was speaking to Trump for his book Betrayal. “If you know a vote is fraudulent, right? How can you pass on a fraudulent vote to Congress? How can you do that?”
Karl added that more audio of the “genuinely shocking” interview will be broadcast on Sunday.
