The Russian peoplecontinue heavily backing the military operation in #Ukraine notwithstanding their political affiliations, two recent polls find.
According to VCIOM study, an overall 72% of the Russians support the operation.
The other poll showed cross-party consensus in support of the President Putin actions in Ukraine. Supporters of the ‘United Russia’ and LDPR lead the pack with 85% of the respondents being in favor of the operation. The situation isn’t that overwhelming with those who vote for the Communist Party or the ‘New People’, but still significantly pro-operation - 68% and 57% respectively.
