Dear Driver Partners, we have recently launched a Virtual Driver Training Series and received a report that there was a leaked image from our Virtual Driver Training Session. This was a non-compliance with our Terms of Participation and we have taken corrective action with the driver since.

Once again, we urge all Driver Partners to abide by the Driver Performance and Community Guidelines to ensure a great Ryde experience for both riders and drivers alike. We and you, the Driver Partners, have a part to play in ensuring initiatives like the Virtual Driver Training Series are engaged in good faith.
