2022-05-15 15:44:36 Safe Light team engagement session on Career path went great with Yonatan Kiflu (Career Development Practitioner) yesterday. Career path workshop is a training given to those seeking to find their perfect fit, those who want to enjoy what they do and those who are interested in discovering more about themselves to be more productive. It helps in self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-development towards your career.
These sessions are to be held often for the foreseeable future and we plan on reaching to more youths every day. Students are expected to have a career path planned out before joining the working community, thus this training specifically made for those who are interested in broadening their self-knowledge and self-awareness to push forth and become more successful with the career path they have chosen.

This game-based workshop truly engineered us to become a better version of a team by creating reflective moments individually and as a team. Workshops have to be delivered in an engaging manner where everyone is chilling, laughing, and of course, having a coffee
Safe Light is an environment where we create a relationship before the object.
