The characters in the Arcane animation take character from the League of Legends game, such as Vy and Jinx. However, at the beginning of the episode, Jinx is still small with the name Powder. Not only focusing on characters, the Arcane series also tells the story of the city above and below or better known as Piltover and Zaun. Piltover looks like a developed city and Zaun looks like a poor city that is often accused by the community of being a thief. Some of the evildoers in this film produce drugs that can turn humans into a monsters. Jinx and Vy, they must find a way to stop the spread of this dangerous drug.
