- HBL for all Pri, Sec, JC, Millennia Institute, Special Education school students
- Pre-school, student care centres remain open to support parents who need to work
- Parents encouraged to keep children at home, where possible
- Those without alternative care arrangements can approach schools for assistance
- Mid-year GCE O- and A-Level Mother Tongue language exams will proceed, with SMMs

IHLs
- Attendance on campus to be reduced, more online learning where possible

Tuition and enrichment centres
- Activities to shift online to reduce inter-mingling
