The research team from Alice Lee for Nursing Studies (ALCNS), National University of Singapore (NUS) is conducting a research study on whether Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy will improve the psychological outcomes among perinatal women.
Duration:
The total expected duration of your participation is around 1 hour and 45 minutes over 20 weeks. There will be 3 questionnaires to be completed. First set if questionnaires to be completed BEFORE commencing on the 6 sessions. Two sets of questionnaires to be done after the completion of 6 sessions.
Participants will need to complete 6 weekly sessions and each session
takes about 10 minutes. 1 session is completed per week and participants will be required to complete each session before they proceed to the next.
