It was natural for us to choose to live near my in-laws, since they help to take my son to and fetch him from his pre-school. We selected a resale flat with many amenities nearby, and were able to tap on the Proximity Housing Grant, Enhanced Housing Grant, and Family Grant, which added up to $115,000. The flat’s spacious layout is an added bonus – now, my son can practise his new-found breakdancing skills!
